This draft describes intended terms for RoleAttest’s hiring-assessment and verified-candidate services.
2. Account responsibilities
Users must provide accurate account information, keep access credentials secure, and use the service only for lawful employment-related purposes.
3. Interview recordings and evaluation
Candidate recordings require explicit consent. Automated scoring is decision support only; employers remain responsible for hiring decisions and compliance with applicable employment law.
4. Data controls
Customers are responsible for valid candidate consent and must not use RoleAttest for prohibited discrimination or unlawful automated decision-making.
5. Security and retention
Security and retention controls depend on the services configured for the deployed workspace. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
6. Legal review
These terms and policies are not final. They must be reviewed and approved by qualified counsel before a public commercial launch.
